Rock Valley Physical Therapy will host a Free “Balance and Fall Risk Clinic” on Thursday, November 29, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at their clinic in Morrison, IL. The address is 635 E. Lincolnway Road, across from DQGrill & Chill. Enter the lower-level clinic from the back of the building.
The event begns with a short infomative program at 11:00. Then, Physical Therapists Chelsey Ferguson and Kristi Wambeke will provide free “fall risk” screens for individuals and answer any questions. Cookies and coffee will be provided.
