The Morrison Wrestling Team held their “Pancakes & Artwork” fundraiser the morning after Paint the Town, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, Sunday, September 22, 2013, at the corner of E. Main and Genesee Streets, Morrison, IL. Donations support the Morrison Wrestling Program.
Pancakes, sausage, milk, and juice were enjoyed at picnic tables, as well as the traditional stroll to observe art efforts from the week and day before. Shown left-to-right are Coach Tim Hood, Dylan Pothof, Thomas Dykema, Tristan Frederick, Coach Bob White (at the rear), James Thulen, Coach Tony Wright, and Joe Eads.
Additionally, Wright offered a big thank you to Kelley McDonnell and Lisa and Dar Vanderlaan for their efforts.
Coach Wright mentioned a strong desire to add a Schwinn Airdyne bicycle to the team’s training equipment.
