On Saturday, November 17, 2012, the Morrison Fire Department will host its annual drive-through Sandwich Sale, at 206 W. Main Street, Morrison, IL. The menu includes chips, pop, and a choice of sandwich: pork chop, brat, or hot dog.
Convenient service from your toasty vehicle is between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
This gives the public ample time to secure a meal and support our local rescuers in their fundraising endeavor. The staff will replace self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA’s or air packs) in their effort to update older equipment. These are critical safety pieces, but are pricey.
“Eventually, we will replace all of them and the compressor,” stated Chief Dave Bentors.
Help them do so with brunch or lunch from the Fire Department, Saturday, November 17.
