Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, February 9, 2018.
Arrests: On Thursday, February 8, 2018, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Richard S. Orr, age 42 of Chicago, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Orr with Failure to Appear-Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Orr was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Thursday, February 15, 2018, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Morrison Police responded to 444 N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL, regarding some suspicious items found. As a result of an investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Neka R. Harden, age 25 of Morrison, with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (Less Than 15 grams-Class 4 Felony) and Unlawful Possession of Hypodermic Syringes/Needles (Class A Misdemeanor.) Harden was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
