Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, February 7, 2020.
Arrests: On Saturday, February 8, 2020, at approximately 9:19 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Morgan A. Spangler, age 30 of Morrison, IL, for a lane violation. As a result of the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested and charged Spangler with Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol.) Spangler was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and released on a Notice to Appear.
