The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, February 4, 2022.
Arrests: On Saturday, February 12, 2022, at approximately 10:45 p.m., as Morrison Police were attempting to stop a vehicle for speeding, such vehicle crashed into the trees at the dead end of S. Clinton Street (northbound.) As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Kevin J. Hudgin, age 32 of Sterling, IL, with Speeding, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Driving Under the Influence (Drugs.) Hudgin was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and released, with a Notice to Appear.
