02-01-17 at 10:08 a.m. Brett E. Bruggenwirth, age 21 of Sterling, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL, for no front registration plate. He was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle with a written warning for Improper Display of Registration and Failure to Notify Secretary of State of an address change. He was released with a Promise to Comply.
02-01-17 at 12:48 p.m. Tonesha C. Cross, age 39 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for speeding on IL Route 40 south of Rock Falls. She was arrested for Speeding 68/55 MPH, Driving While License Suspended, and Littering from Motor Vehicle. Cross was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and released on an I-Bond after processing. Williams’s Towing assisted on scene.
