Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, February 28, 2020.
Arrests: On Saturday, February 29, 2020, at approximately 7:10 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jonathon L. Skinner, age 37 of Lyndon, IL, for an equipment violation. The traffic stop occurred on E. Lincolnway (U.S. Route 30) at Bishop Road, Morrison, IL. As a result of the traffic stop, Skinner was arrested and charged with No Valid Registration, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Driving While License Revoked, and pursuant to an Arrest Warrant, issued by Whiteside County, charging Skinner with Driving While License Revoked-Failure to Appear. Skinner was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
