2-25-16 at 11:20 p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Devin M. Kochevar, 21 of Rock Falls, IL, for Criminal Trespass to Property, Unlawful Use of Weapons, and Mob Action following an incident in rural Rock Falls. Kochevar was released with a Notice to Appear.
