Noah S. Bentzler, 20, of Davis Junction, IL, was stopped on 2/15/2018, at 1:55 p.m., on Caron Road at Illinois Route 38. A routine registration check revealed the owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. Bentzler was charged with Driving While License Suspended and released on an I-bond.
Erik D. Lutyens, 48, of Harmon, IL, was stopped for No Headlights when Required on 2/20/2018, at 5:44 p.m., on U. S. Route 30 at Schlipp Road. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Cannabis (30-100 grams), Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and No Headlights when Required. Lutyens was transported to the Lee County Jail.
