01-31-14 at 1:03 a.m. Charles L. Geary, age 57 of Milledgeville, IL, was stopped for one head light on IL-78 at US-30 west of Morrison, IL. Geary was cited for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.

01-31-14 at 9:32 a.m. On US Route 30 and Round Grove Road, Lavoyd L. Jones, age 28 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Unsafe Tires and Driving While License Suspended. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail. Passenger Clinton Walker, age 33 of Chicago, IL, was arrested on a Cook County Warrant for Weapons Charges. 02-01-14 at 12:53 a.m. On Route 30 at 5th Avenue in Rock Falls, IL, Michael L. Bell, age 51 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
02-01-14 at 4:43 a.m. Ashley R. Voeltz, age 23 of Fenton, IL, was cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions as Deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch South of I-88 on Albany Road. Voeltz was traveling northbound on Albany Road when she lost sight of the road due to inclement weather. Upon further investigation Voeltz was arrested for DUI and was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Bright’s Towing assisted on scene.
02-01-14 at 7:32 p.m. On Prophet Road at Lenore Street, Daniel C. Richards, age 18 of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed at the jail and released on a Notice to Appear.
02-01-14 at 10:44 p.m. Bradley S. Howard, age 23 of Erie, IL, was stopped for an obstructed rear registration off of Moline Road in Erie. Upon further investigation Bradley was cited for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, Unlawful Display of Temporary Registration, and Unlawful Possession of a Blank Title. 02-02-14 at 11:30 p.m. On Route 30 at 14th Avenue in Rock Falls, IL, Hannah E. Tucker, age 27 of Dixon, IL, was arrested for two counts DUI, Speeding, and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was processed at the Rock Falls Police Department and released on a Notice to Appear.
