Patrick M. Zerkle, 31, of St. Louis, MO, was stopped for speeding on 2/01/2018 at 10:53 a.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 83 in Lee County and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Speeding. Zerkle was released on an I-bond.
