The Windmill Volunteer Millers invite the public to attend the next Miller program on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.  Our program will be held at the Windmill Cultural Center located at 111 Tenth Avenue, across from the authentic Dutch windmill in Fulton, IL.  All programming is free and open to the public.  The facility is accessible to persons with disabilities.

The building is disability accessible and the program is partially funded through a grant from the D.S. Flikkema Foundation.  Programs are free and open to the public.  Light refreshments follow the program.

Featured is Nancy Willis, who will tell the story of Facemakers.

This Savanna, IL, based company manufactures costumes and team mascots.  Willis has worked for Facemakers since 1985, when she was the company President’s Personal Seamstress.  She then transitioned to the Facemaker’s building in 1999.

Nancy has personally made 1000s of costumes.  There is only one person who has been associated with the Company longer.  That is Owner/President Alan St. George.
