A month later, expected snow and winds were to begin late Wednesday, February 15, and continue through the night of Thursday, February 16. Schools will be closed. However, The Loft on Main, 112 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL, will be open from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., for those who venture downtown.
