On 2/13/2018 at 11:10 p.m., Bradley T. Starling, 46, of Creve Coeur, IL, was stopped for Speeding on Interstate 39 northbound, at milepost 99 in Ogle County, IL. He was charged with Driving While License Revoked and Wanted on Warrant. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
