Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, February 1, 2019.
Arrests: On Monday, February 11, 2019, Morrison Police arrested Marissa R. Smith, age 23 of Morrison, IL, and James D. McCollough, age 31 of Morrison, charging them both with Animal Neglect (Class B Misdemeanor.) These arrests are the result of an investigation conducted with the assistance of the Whiteside County Health Department-Animal Control. Both Smith and McCollough were released on Notices-to-Appear with a court date of Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
