On Friday, October 30, 2020, Whiteside County Health Department announced 65 new laboratory-confirmed cases and 17 recoveries of COVID-19 in Whiteside County.  The ages of these 65 cases are 8 (under 20); 11 (20s); 4 (30s); 7 (40s); 11 (50s); 11 (60s); 6 (70s); 7 (80+.)
