The Morrison Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce Faith Rumfelt as the new Executive Director of the Chamber. She took the post on Monday, January 17, 2022.
Rumfelt said, “I am so excited to come back home to Morrison and help foster growth in our businesses and community. I am very optimistic that in working with the Board we will elevate Morrison’s economic climate to a vibrant, booming example of rural resiliency.”
As a Morrison, IL, native she brings an extensive background in economic development. Her experience includes having worked in Whiteside, Will, and Cook Counties in Illinois and Jefferson County, CO.
Rumfelt has worked with Chambers, educational entities, as well as local, State, and Federal Government organization,s to deploy innovative programs, designed to employ residents and empower businesses.
The Board is pleased to welcome, and looks forward to working with, Faith to support local business and the Chamber’s future endeavors.
