Halloween 2020 in Morrison brought out the ghost, dinosaurs, ballerinas, skeletons, and much more, as the winds calmed and temperatures reached 60 degrees. Sidewalks were filled with families. They joined young trick-or-treaters and enjoyed the opportunity to escape the confines of home, which is a result of the current COVIC-19 pandemic.
The parking lot of Emmanuel Reformed Church, 202 E. Morris Street, offered a Trunk-or-Treat special attraction. Over ten vehicles were socially spaced. Their owners and others extended treats to the families that entered.
Over 450 young trick-or-treaters circled the lot! Each received a special treat from costumed adults manning the decorated vehicles. One of those was Emmanuel’s Worship and Music Director, Rich Criss, below.
