Pastor Luke Schouten is excited to announce the launch of a young adult (college age) Mission Trip stating, “Our overall goal is to develop a program for college-age adults that will go out, serve, and love those in need.”
He continued, “We want to build faith-based relationships and grow their interpersonal bond with Christ, that will be a positive impact on them for the rest of their lives.”
To help with this program, Emmanuel Reformed Church of Morrison will host a Pancake Breakfast in their Christ Center, 202 E. Morris Street, Morrison, IL, on Sunday, July 11, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pancakes, French Toast, sausage, eggs, fruit cups, and drinks will be served for a free-will donation.
All proceeds will go toward a Mission Trip to New York Cit, NY, scheduled for the end of July.
Pastor Luke concluded, “Come join us for a great breakfast, to help our young adults go serve and work with those in need!
