Edward Eugene “Buster” Pashon, 54, of Morrison, IL, passed away March 16, 2017, at his home.
He was born July 10, 1962, in Sterling, IL, to Eugene and Victoria (Fortune) Pashon.
He is survived by two sons, Eugene Edward Pashon and Caleb (Ashley) Pashon, and a granddaughter, Sandra Elizabeth Pashon; his mother Victoria (Mark) Siperly, a sister, Jennifer, and a brother, Jerry; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; a special aunt, Sharon, who was always a second mother to him.
He was preceded in death by Sandra Elaine Hicks, the mother of his two sons; his father Gene Pashon; two brothers, Ron and Frank, and a sister, Juanita Gwendolyn in infancy; his maternal grandparents Eldon and Gwendolyn (McCollough) Fortune, Sr. and paternal grandparents, C. Cecil and Gola (Patterson) Pashon; maternal great-grandparents, Edward and Edith (Carlson) Fortune; paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Inez Pashon.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at McDonald Funeral Home, 505 1st Avenue in Sterling, IL.
The funeral will follow at 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home, with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling, IL.
A memorial has been established to Clarrissa C. Cook Hospice House at Genesis Medical Center, Bettendorf, IA.
