Early American Crafters to Host Valentine Tea

Posted by

valentineteaThe Early American Crafters of Heritage Canyon would like to invite you to partake of one of the most endearing Victorian customs:  high tea.

“Tokens of Affection” is a day-after-Valentine’s-Day tea for the general public.  Enjoy delicious refreshments, tea, coffee, and entertaining skits on Saturday, February 15, 2014, at 1:00 p.m.  The holiday event will be held at the Robert Fulton Community Center, 912 Fourth Street, Fulton, IL.

The cost is $10 per person for an afternoon of fun.  For $5, children can enjoy snacks, crafts, and entertainment in a separate area while parents attend the tea.

This fundraiser will help the Early American Crafters purchase a golf cart to make the Canyon more accessible to visitors.

While there will be plenty of tasty food, seating is limited.  Reservations are strongly suggested.  Call Catherine Gravert at 815-772-3175 to reserve a seat for you and a friend, and leave a message if necessary.
