Diane M. Sexton passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 71, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones, who will continue to honor her by living their lives to the fullest.
Diane Marie Bonneur Sexton was born to Everett Eugene and Mary Katherine Bonneur in Morrison, IL, on March 28, 1950. She graduated from Morrison High School in 1968 and received her B. S. from Western Illinois University in 1974, in Home Economics Education. She taught Home Economics for 15 years. In 1989, Diane became a State Farm Insurance Agent. She loved caring and serving her policyholders for 31 years. She grew up attending Trinity Reformed Church in Fulton, IL, and was a founding member of Peace Community Church in Frankfort, IL. Diane lived life to the fullest. She loved traveling, baking, reading, scrapbooking, basket collecting, tea parties, and celebrating holidays to the fullest! What she loved the most was spending quality time with her family and friends, which always involved delicious food.
She is survived by her father; children, Sarah (Nathan) Phillips of Frankfort and Rebecca (Christian) Kates, of Fort Collins, CO; grandchildren, Abigail, Mia, and Breck; brother-in-law, Dave Rose; brother, Brian (Cindy )Bonneur; sister, Janice (Scott) Webster; aunt, Nadine Riley; uncle, Harold Bonneur; aunt, Kay Bonneur; aunt, Marilyn Riley; many nieces and nephews.
Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Mary K.; sister, Karen Rose; aunt, Carol; uncle, Allen VenHuizen.

Visitation will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, September 10, 2021, at McDonald Funeral Home, 1601 16th Avenue, Fulton, IL.
Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 a.m.
Cremation rites will follow.
Diane’s favorite foods will be served at Fulton Presbyterian Church, 311 N. 9th Street, Fulton, IL, following the service.
