Arrests:
On Sunday, December 21, 2014, Morrison Police received a complaint of an Order of Protection violation. The protected person is a 16-year-old female juvenile of Morrison, IL. As a result of the ongoing investigation, on Tuesday, December 23, Morrison Police arrested Ryan R. Scarbrough, age 19 of Morrison, charging him with Violation of an Order of Protection. Scarbrough was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
