Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, December 18, 2015.
Arrests:
On Monday, December 7, 2015, at approximately 8:10 a.m., Morrison Police responded to the Morrison High School regarding a fight between students. As the result of an investigation conducted since the initial call, on December 27, Morrison Police issued ordinance citations for Public Fighting to a female juvenile, age 16 of Morrison, IL, and a male juvenile, age 15 of Morrison.
On Saturday, January 2, 2016, at approximately 7:19 p.m., Morrison Police responded to 515 E. Lincolnway, Apartment 1E, regarding a domestic dispute. As a result of the investigation into this incident, Morrison Police arrested Clifford H. Ennis, Jr., age 43 of Morrison, IL, charging Ennis with Domestic Battery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ennis was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
