Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, December 14, 2018.
Arrests: On Sunday, December 16, 2018, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Morrison Police responded to a Criminal Trespass complaint at 631 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Charlie D. Davis, age 41 of Morrison, with Criminal Trespass to Residence. Davis was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released on a Notice to Appear.
On Thursday, December 20, 2018, Morrison Police arrested and charged Christopher T. Spitzer, age 29 of Sterling, IL, with Burglary (Class 2 Felony), Criminal Damage to Property (Class A Misdemeanor), and Theft from Coin Operated Machine (Class B Misdemeanor.) This arrest is the result of an investigation of a burglary complaint received on December 15, 2018, at 631 E. Lincolnway, Morrison. Spitzer was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Friday, December 21, 2018, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Chad A. Pfister, age 42 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to a Body Attachment-Obstructing Court Order, issued by Whiteside County. Pfister was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
