The annual Morrison Community Hospital Auxiliary “Treasure and Bake Sale” will take place on Friday, December 13, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the City of Morrison Community Room at Odell Library, 307 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL.
We ask people to donate delicious baked goods and/or new or gently used items suitable for gift giving. Items may be delivered to the library on Thursday, December 12. Items will be priced on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The kindness and generosity in past years has allowed the MCH Auxiliary to support the hospital and Morrison High School students in a variety of ways:
- five $500 scholarships awarded annually to Morrison students pursuing a career in the medical field
- purchase of new surgical tables for the operating room and recliners for the medical/surgical unit
- beautiful stone wall and custom-made sign on the exterior of the Family Care Clinic
- catering supplies and dining supplies for the Dietary department
- chairs for the Radiology Department and patient rooms on the Medical/Surgical floor.
Please consider donating some items to the sale or baked goods for people to enjoy.
