Arrests: On Sunday, December 12, 2021, at approximately 12:56 a.m., Morrison Police responded to a domestic dispute at 208 Larch Street, Morrison. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Heather P. Roland, age 42 of Morrison, with Criminal Damage to Property (Class A Misdemeanor.) Roland was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processe and then released on a Notice to Appear.
