David L. Hall, age 58, of Sterling, IL, died Sunday, June 15, 2014, at his home.
David was born January 23, 1956, in Owensboro, KY, the son of James and Emily (Dennison) Hall. He worked various jobs and also served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his lifelong companion Allison Edwards of Sterling; four sisters, Faith (Fred) Fargher of Sterling, Becky (Arthur) Bushnell of Morrison, IL, Edith Williamson of Rock Falls, IL, and Lois Holland of Galt, IL; two brothers, Malcolm (Etta “Cookie”) Hall of Prophetstown, IL, and Jim (Annette) Hall of Morrison.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Tracey, and three brothers Steve, James, and Gerald.
A gathering of family and friends will be from noon to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the Rock Falls Community Building in Rock Falls, IL.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
