The Rock River Chapter National Daughters of the American Revolution awarded the 2017 chapter scholarship to Morgan Ruel, a graduating Senior at Erie High School. Ruel is shown on Sunday, April 23, 2017, accepting the scholarship from Rock River Scholarship Chair, Shelley Zinke.
