On Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 2024, Rock Valley Chapter NSDAR member Karine Fulton delivered gifts to 13 male veterans, who reside at Resthave Care & Rehabilitation, 408 Maple Avenue, Morrison, IL.
Burn stated, “Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) generously purchased shirts for our Resthave Veterans. The men absolutely loved their ‘Grumpy Old Vet, I Do What I Want’ shirts–a perfect choice!
“Additionally, the DAR chapter provided each man with a gift bag containing other goodies, bringing even more joy to our Veterans. Thank you so much, for thinking of our Resthave Veterans!”
