Morrison, IL, Cub Scout Pack #328 invites the public to participate in–and stroll through–the first Car Show of the season, on Friday, May 8, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The parking lot of Morrison United Methodist Church, 200 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, will showcase a selection of vehicles, during “Join Scouts Night.”
Anyone can enter anything with wheels in this multicategory show. There is no registration fee. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, vans, tractors, and ATV’s are welcome. Just show up and show off whatever you like to drive.
Look for Pack #328 Cub Scouts wearing their new Class B uniform, (ie., t-shirt) chosen by the Pack members. Talk to them about the local Scouting program. It offers a rich program for boys entering first grade in the new school year through current fifth graders.
Boys who sign up on Friday, May 8, will be eligible to attend Summer Day Camp at Camp Lowden in Oregon, IL. Camp is held in August.
