A Celebration of Life to honor Coralyn M. King will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Lake Erie Country Club in Erie, IL.
Coralyn M. King, 82, of Morrison, IL, died Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Resthave Care & Rehabilitation in Morrison, IL.
Coralyn was born May 8, 1940, in Clinton, IA, to Lloyd Everett and Lucille Catherine (Thompson) Null. She was a graduate of Morrison High School. On November 26, 1965, she married Donald “Pood” King in Morrison. He died June 23, 2022. Coralyn spent her time raising her three boys. She enjoyed golfing and bowling and was an avid bird watcher.
Survivors include her sons, Jeff (Denise) King of Peru, IL, Kevin (Melissa) King of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Toby (Barb) King of Morrison; seven grandchildren, Kendra and Chelsea King, Andy (Kayla) Ellerbrock, Elyssia (Adam) Sharrow, Dalton (Tiffany) Sego, McKenna (fiancé Joey Brackemyer) King, and Erika King; one great-grandson, Bryce Brooker; brother, Jody (Nancy) Null of Mount Juliet, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pood; brothers, Jack and Jerry Null.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
There will be no Visitation or Funeral service.
The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Interment will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison, IL.
A memorial has been established.
