The Editor received a reliable tip that Morrison, IL, Police Officers were dispensing Halloween candy from their squads, on Monday, October 30, 2017. Her grandchildren were the recipients.
Chief Brian Melton confirmed the report. “I scheduled additional patrol for Trick-or-Treating. It was planned for all Officers to pass out candy to the kids.”
