Congresswoman Cheri Bustos announced the 2015 annual Congressional Art Competition. “This event allows high school students from our region and across the Country to showcase their artistic abilities. Any high school student in the 17th District of Illinois is welcome to submit his or her artwork to my office.”
“The winner of the competition will receive two airline tickets to Washington, D. C., and his or her artwork will be displayed in the U. S. Capitol for a year. Runners-up will have their artwork displayed in my offices in Illinois and Washington, D. C.”

The public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite.
