Ron Weimer was awarded the People’s Choice Award at the Friday, July 12, 2013, the second monthly Car Cruise In, which he organizes during the summer months. The last of three events will be held Friday, August 9, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at DQ Grill & Chill, 200 N. Sawyer Road, Morrison, IL.
A second reason to celebrate is his 63rd birthday on Sunday, August 11.
Next month, Sunday, September 22, is the 15th Annual Morrison Car Show. Held at DQ Grill & Chill, the hours are 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
