Each summer, Community State Bank, 220 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL, honors its loyal customers with a picnic-beneath-the-tent, on the cormer of E. Lincolnway and IL Route 78, known locally as “the sandwich corner.” The bank will host its annual Customer Appreciation Day on Friday, June 27, 2014, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Kevin Schisler noted local vendors will supply the food and drink products and charcoal. Customers are invited to enjoy grilled hots dogs and brats, chips, and pop compliments of their financial institution. Whiteside County Pork Producers loaned the bank its large grill for the event.
