In early June 2019, City of God Church, 530 W. Rock Falls Road, Rock Falls, IL, reached out to Resthave Care & Rehabilitation, 408 Maple Avenue, Morrison, IL, offering to do a work project.
Pastor Michael Harts brought approximately ten young adults to help Resthave with weeding.
Marketing Director Karla Burn stated, “The workers were troopers, what with the heat, bugs, and having to gather several bags of weeds from around the entire building. Thank you, City of God Church. Your thoughtfulness is so appreciated!”
