“Every few months” a group of “Northwest Illinois City Administrators and Managers” meets over lunch to network, stated Barry Dykhuizen, City Administrator of Morrison, IL. This began before he moved back to Whiteside County in October 2013. “Sometimes we invite Clinton, and De Witt, IA, Administrators.”
On Friday, February 13, 2015, five men enjoyed conversation over a noon meal at Donnybrook Bakery Cafe, 203 W. Main Street, Morrison.
“We go Dutch [treat],” noted Dykhuizen.
