The new air conditioner is up and running in the Whiteside County Administration Building (Courthouse) in Morrison, IL. Effective Monday, June 8, 2020, the Whiteside County Circuit Clerk’s Morrison Office will resume normal public business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
