Children’s Mill Flour Bake Off 2017

The Education Committee of Fulton’s De Immigrant Windmill Area will be hosting its fifth annual baking competition during Fulton’s Fall Festival. The Children’s Bake-Off winners will be announced Saturday, September 30, 2017at the Windmill Cultural Center. Coffee and samples of the entries will be available from 10 a.m. to noon.

This fall’s competition features children entries only. Each child receives 2 ½ cups of de Immigrant fine wheat flour and a basic cookie recipe. The basic ingredients must be used in the final product plus any additional ingredients the child wishes. The entries are judged in four categories; taste, textural, appearance and creativity.
