On Thursday February 28, 2019, at 7:00 a.m., the Illinois State Police (ISP) executed a search warrant at 1207 Riverdale Road, Rock Falls, IL, as a result of a lengthy child pornography investigation.
ISP was assisted by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
A forensic analysis of electronic devices found in the residence resulted in the arrest of Dallas C. Housley, age 39, for five felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Housley was lodged in the Whiteside County Jail. Bond has been set at $100,000.
