On Friday, December 2, 2022, Morrison Bark Park was closed, to pour cement for benches and the walk path to the water fountain. The pet-friendly water fountain was donated by Elkay, in Savanna, IL, and it will be installed next Spring along with the donor signage.

Pro-Tec Services Concrete & Excavating donated their time for the work. Thank you, [left-to-right] Andrew Young, Phil Schueler, Matt Young, and Greg Ottens, for a great job!

There is still time to get your name or your business name permanently on the sign at the Bark Park, by donating $500 or more. We are also looking for donations for four more benches.

Don’t forget to honor your current or past pet this Christmas, with an engraved brick that you can purchase for $75.

On the Move with Parks and Rec (OTM) is now taking separate donations for children’s playground equipment, also.
