Clinton Community College is pleased to announce upcoming performances for the 2017 Visiting Artist season. This is the 43rd year that CCC has offered such performances for the community, as part of the Quad Cities Arts. This program strives to make art accessible to people of all walks of life, including students, seniors, and working people.

Tuesday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m. Laurence Hobgood, Jazz Pianist. Hobgood, at left, has enjoyed a dynamic career, including roles as a collaborator, composer, arranger, producer, and educator. He gained recognition as a multiple Grammy nominee and 2010 Grammy winner.
Thursday, April 13, at 12:30 p.m. Simply Three, String Trio. Comprised of, left-to-right, cellist Zack Clark, violinist Glen McDaniel, and bassist Nicholas Villalobos, Simply Three blends innovative arrangements of classical music with today’s popular songs. This presentation is part of the annual ENCORE, Enrichment Courses for Retirees, which is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and includes lunch.
