Brighton Boys Concert, Wednesday, April 5, at 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., CCC Auditorium, 1000 Lincoln Boulevard, Clinton, IA
Starting as a lounge band in restaurants, this four-piece Pop-Rock band has gone on to share the stage with big names, like Donnie Iris and The Cruisers, and perform in top Pittsburgh venues, including Stage AE, Mr. Smalls, The Altar Bar, and Jergel’s Rhythm Grille. The Brighton Boys have built up their credibility as one of the region’s top bands, with performances of cover hits from the 50’s to the present. The band puts their modern twist on a throwback sound, combining classic and current songs with a fresh, new, popular style. Their original tunes are also getting a buzz and are a worthy addition to their set list. They released their freshman EP “MMXV” this year, and it is available on all major online retailers.
