Brad James Landherr, 48, of Naperville, IL, died Thursday, April 25, 2019, at his home in Naperville.
Brad was born January 20, 1971, in Morrison, IL, to Glenn F. and Donna L. (Carroll) Landherr. He was educated in the Morrison grade schools and graduated from Morrison High School. He continued his education and received a Bachelor’s Degree. Brad served in the U. S. Army for 15 years. He was in Baumholder, Germany, and started his Government career working at the Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany. He worked as a Realty Business Specialist for GSA–General Services Administration–in Chicago, IL. Brad enjoyed cooking, picnics, and riding his bike He loved his cats and listening to music, especially dance music. He took pleasure in playing jokes on his family and friends and making them laugh.
Survivors include his parents, Glenn and Donna Landherr of Morrison; one sister, Michelle Goossens of Morrison; one brother, Eric (Julie Deluna) Landherr of Morrison; three nephews, Wyatt Goossens, Brady Landherr, and Gavin Landherr; five aunts; three uncles; many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Morrison United Methodist Church, with Rev. Ryan Sutton officiating.
A time of celebration, remembrance, and fellowship will be held after the service in the Heritage Hall of the church.
The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
