The 2018 Meeting Schedule for Blackhawk Hills Regional Council (BHRC) is listed here. The schedule includes Board of Directors Meetings, Regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), Committee Meetings, and Annual Summits. All board meetings start at 6:00 p.m., and most meetings convene at the Heritage Center in Lanark, IL, located on 106 S. Broad Street. The location for the Monday, June 11, Annual Meeting will be announced in early 2018.
The meetings will be held on:

- Monday, July 30
- Monday, September 24
- Monday, November 26.
The Regional CEDS Committe is scheduled to meet on Monday, June 11, at 4:30 p.m. and Friday, October 19, at 7:30 a.m. These meetings will coincide with the dates of BHRC’s spring and fall summits on community and economic developmen. The public is welcome to attend. Locations will be announced in early 2018.
Blackhawk Hills Regional Council is a not-for-profit planning organization based in Rock Falls, IL, which serves Carroll, Jo Davies, Ogle, Stephenson, and Whiteside Counties. The Council is sponsored by local Country Boards and Soil and Water Conservation Districts. It is overseen by an 18-member council, consisting of three representatives from each of the six counties.
