Betty Lou Pashon, 87, of Rock Falls, IL, died on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Resthave Care & Rehabilitation in Morrison, IL.
Betty was born on November 10, 1935, in Webster City, IA, the daughter of John and Rose (Brown) Leopard. She was employed as a Teller at Sterling Federal Bank for many years.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara (James) Ainsworth, of Rock Falls; son, Lester (Gaynell) Pashon, of Denver, CO; sister, Gertrude Lowrey, of Sterling, IL; six grandchildren, Christina Ainsworth, Jessica Newman, both of Sterling and John Pashon, Jeremey Pashon, and Melanie Pashon, all of Denver, and Melissa Shipe, of TX; two great-grandchildren, Lyric Shuman and Elisabeth Null.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester Pashon; sisters, Lillian Marie Hart and Rosemary Carter; brother, Johnie Leopard.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
