Volunteers in Action, formed from the recent Mapping project, was on the move, as they gathered to clean up the area assigned for the new Bark Park.
On Saturday, November 21, 2020, a small group of hard-working volunteers spent about four hours of their precious time, cutting and hauling away brush from the back area of the future dog park.
Heading up the group was On the Move Committee member Jim Strating. Volunteers were Boy Scout Derek Adams with his Scout Master Eric Anderson; Shane Adams; Ron Williams; Ken Burn; Trevan Burn (On the Move Committee member); Kollin Burn; Brad Yaklich; Elizabeth Yaklich.
Morrison’s Bark Park is located on City land previously assigned to the Morrison High School Baseball diamond, on N. Genesee Street.
