Come out on Saturday, November 7, 2015, for great food, prizes, and fun at Back to the Future Trivia Night, a Friends of the Parks fundraiser, benefiting Morrison-Rockwood Recreational Trail. Trivia Night will be held from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Cross Creek Golf Course, 15523 Henry Road, Morrison, IL.
Doors open at 5:30 with registration, food, and drinks. Quizmaster Adam Smith will kick off the Trivia at 6:30. Admission is $10 per person.
Grab some friends and come, or join a group to fill a table. If you’ve never played Trivia before, have no worries! Everyone has knowledge of some topic or experience to contribute to the ten rounds of questions.
Registration is easy. Teams of six or eight are invited to register at friendsoftheparksmorrison@gmail.com. If you don’t have five or seven others who share your interest in trivial knowledge, just contact Barb Benson at friendsoftheparksmorrison@gmail.com and register as a single participant or partial team for $10 each.
If you register your team name and players’ names by Monday, November 2, or call Cross Creek Golf Course at 815-772-7966, you will get one free answer.
Come and have some fun with us. Everybody cheers when they get an answer correct and groans when they don’t. Trivia Night includes:
- Cross Creek’s fabulous food, snacks, and beverages will be available for purchase.
- pork sandwiches and brats with potato chips will be offered at $4.50; add a salad for $1.50.
- door prizes will be given away.
- save room for delicious, homemade desserts at the Dessert Auction.
- bring your smart phone for the Lightning Round.
- prizes will be awarded to the top team.
Friends of the Parks, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, is hosting Back to the Future Trivia Night to help raise funds for enhancement of the Morrison-Rockwood Recreational Trail.
